You may have met my husband Sam at the exchange orientation–we are also a family of five heading to Australia for this upcoming exchange year. I keep a family blog and have written some about the preparation for this trip; feel free to check it out if you’re interested. It would be fun to follow each other’s adventures over the next year–exciting!

    • Carol Bowar says:

Annie, thanks for your message, I am new to blogging! Where are you all going to be? Where is your blog? I was not at orientation (sounds like you were not either), so perhaps my hubbie Ted met Sam…yes, lots of feelings and craziness here! Carol

I thought I’d typed a response to this; I guess it didn’t go through. We’re going to be in Wollongong, and Sam will be teaching at Oak Flats High, about 20 minutes south. We’re excited to spend a year at the beach because Sam and I are both from coastal places (I’m from Miami and Sam is from Santa Cruz, CA). Our condo will be just a couple blocks away from two beaches. You can reach my blog by clicking my name, but the address just in case is http://www.tunheimfamily.blogspot.com
